The Promotion is called Hunter United Credit Card Xmas Promotion 2011 provided by Hunter United and conducted in NSW. Information on how to participate in the Promotion forms part of these terms and conditions of eligibility. Participation in the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of eligibility.

The Promotion Period commences at 12:00am on 15 November 2011 and closes at 12:00am on 31 January 2011.

Entry is only open to Credit Card holders of Hunter United Employees’ Credit Union Ltd who are Australian residents. Employees and their families of the Promoter, and the Promoter’s contractors and agents associated with the Promotion are ineligible. Persons under the age of 18 years are ineligible to enter the Promotion.

For every $1 a member spends using their Hunter United Visa Credit Card during the Promotion Period entitles the member to receive one entry into the draw to win the competition prizes (e.g. $1 = 1 chance, $100 spent = 100 chances etc.)

Entrants can win one of three “of “ iPad 2” prizes to give away (RRP $729 each x 3 – Total Prize value - $2187) If the exact model is no longer available at time of draw, an equivalent model of a similar value will be provided.

The prize will be awarded to the first valid entry drawn at random. Each entry has an equal chance of winning. Each entry can only win once. In the event that a current winner s drawn for any of the remaining prizes the prize will be redrawn.

The draw will take place via electronic drawing procedures as provided by the Promoter. The draw will take place on 3 February 2012 by the Promoter at Hunter United Head Office,130 Lambton Road, Broadmeadow NSW 2292

The winners will be contacted by phone within two working days of the draw having taken place. If the Promoter cannot contact the winner by phone, contact will be by mail. The Prize will be delivered to the winner’s residential address via registered courier.

The prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.

If the prize is unclaimed three (3) months after the date of each draw, then the Promoter will seek permission and make arrangement for a redraw on 3 May, 2012 by the Promoter at Hunter United Head Office, 130 Lambton Road, Broadmeadow NSW 2292.

The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (included but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with redeeming the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The determination of valid participation is at the sole and exclusive discretion of the Promoter.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
