2011 Annual General Meeting Update

Hunter United’s AGM was held on Monday 28th November, 2011.

Outgoing Chairman, Helen Murray, provided an overview of the Credit Union’s performance commenting on the strong result from last year, recent service improvements and the good ongoing growth. Ms Murray also thanked the management and staff for their efforts in serving our members during her 16 year involvement with the Hunter United Board.

Existing Director, Alan Smyth, was re-elected to the Board while new casual director, Jann Gardner, was also formally elected to the Board.

In a follow on meeting to the AGM, Bruce Pickering was elected as the new Chairman and Mark Hedges was confirmed as Deputy Chairman.
