How much will I be charged for the SMS Alert?
You will be charged 20c for each SMS Alert sent. The charges will be deducted from your account at the end of each month. You will not be charged for the initial confirmation of registration SMS.
Are my SMS Alerts rebated through Rebate Rewards?
Yes. SMS Alert charges can be included in your Rebate Rewards.
How secure is the SMS Alert service?
We take the upmost care to ensure the information is delivered to your nominated mobile number securely. You should take care to delete SMS Alerts you no longer require to minimise the potential for fraud if your mobile is stolen.
No. For your convenience SMS alerts for transactions that occur after 11.00pm and before 8.00am will be sent at 8.00am the next day.
Will SMS alerts be available for all account types?
No. Some alerts like Low Balance will be limited to certain account types such as Savings Accounts.
How do I change my SMS Alerts?
You can change your SMS Alerts selection using your EzyNet internet banking service.
