1. $0 application & $0 valuation fee offer is for new 1st home buyer owner occupied loan applications, over $250,000, received between 23 May and 30 September 2019. Hunter United reserves the right to withdraw offer at any time. There is a limit of one free property valuation per application.

2. Loan approval can usually be provided within 1 business day from the time all required documentation is received. Provision of documentation does not automatically qualify you for loan approval.

3. Product is the No Regrets 1st Home Buyers Loan and is only available for new 1st home buyer, owner occupied loans over $250k. Applications must be submitted between 23 May and 30 September 2019 and loans must be settled by 30 January 2020 to be eligible. Construction loans need to complete the first draw down by 30 January 2020 to be eligible. Refinance loans are not eligible.

4. The advertised comparison rate is for owner occupied properties over $250,000, is calculated on a secured loan of $150,000 for a term of 25 years and includes offer of $0 application and $0 valuation fees. The comparison rate is 3.39% if the application and valuation fees are not waived. WARNING: This comparison is true only for the examples given and may not include all fees and charges. Different terms, fees or other loan amounts might result in a different comparison rate.

5. Minimum 10% deposit (90% LVR) is required. If loan is above 80% LVR lenders mortgage insurance will be payable.

6. You must be able to show you can service the loan repayments yourself. Guarantors can only be used to provide extra security over the loan in circumstances such as inconsistent savings or short work history. Guarantors have a legal obligation to repay the loan should the borrower default. A guarantor’s capacity to repay the loan will be assessed.

7. Finance is subject to Hunter United’s normal credit approval process. You can be approved-in-principle if your loan application meets our credit approval criteria. This is a conditional approval and does not provide a loan commitment. Further checks are required to receive unconditional approval.

8. Depending on your circumstances, additional information & documentation may also be required. Self employed applications will be considered & may require different documentation to that described.

9. Approval is valid for up to 120 days, at which time, more up-to-date documentation will be required to renew the approval.

To qualify as a 1st home buyer, you must be purchasing the first home you or your spouse have owned or co-owned in Australia, although there are some exceptions.
