Lost & Stolen Cards

If you can’t find your card or you think it might be stolen, act right away.

What to do if your card is lost or stolen:

Report lost or stolen cards as soon as you become aware they are missing. Reporting the loss of a card quickly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your money. It also means we can get a replacement card to you much sooner!

If you are travelling and don’t have access to money, the Visa Global Customer Service team can help 24/7 with:

  • Registering your lost or stolen card
  • Arranging a replacement card
  • Providing emergency access to cash
